The Hitachi Magic Wand "Personal Massager"

A while back I asked my partner to dig into her toy box and pick one of her vibrators to review for us. She chose the Hitachi Magic Wand, so here now is her review:

Give the Hitachi Magic Wand a try and you’ll understand right away why it’s often called “the Cadillac of vibrators”. This thing has two speeds, “Oh my God” and “Holy Shit!” (aka: low and hi) and both will have you singing praises… literally (just ask my partner).

Unlike most vibrators, the Magic Wand is not battery powered, just plug it in and you’re ready to go. This is a great feature because you can use it as many times as you would like and never have to worry about battery replacement. It is also quite affordable for all of the power that it packs.

The Magic Wand is actually sold as a “personal massager” which means you can find it in malls and other places you don’t usually find adult toy stores. This is great for people who don’t live close to an adult store (or would rather stay away from them).

In terms of use: I recommend starting off with the low setting for a bit before kicking it into high gear. For me, this method leads to some of the most intense orgasms I have ever experienced. More than just a clitoral orgasm, when the head of the vibrator is placed directly on to the clitoris the waves of your orgasm can be felt throughout the entire mound of your vagina, it’s insane! If you’re looking for some extra kick, wait until right before you orgasm then squeeze those kegel muscles and hold on for the ride of your life… and let’s just say if you have neighbors, they’re either gonna want to move out or move in with you.

The only downside I’ve found to the Magic Wand is it’s volume level. It is quite loud, but given the pleasure that it brings, you could say that the pros outweigh the cons or should I say the “ohs” out weigh the “awes”. All jokes aside, did I mention that it’s loud? If you require discretion during your masturbation session then I recommend using it under a thick blanket, or switching to something a little quieter.
